Accessibility

Facility Dispatch is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA: text colour meets the required contrast ratio in both the dark board and the light day mode, every interactive element has a visible focus indicator, the site can be navigated by keyboard alone, images carry alt text, and the site honours a reduced-motion preference (the site uses no motion regardless). There is no third-party ad network, no autoplay media and no interstitial that can trap a keyboard or screen-reader user.

What we test

Every template is checked for landmark structure (header, nav, main, aside, footer), a single ordered heading outline per page, sufficient tap-target size on touch devices, and reflow at a 320px viewport without loss of content or function. Colour contrast is computed from the published palette in the site’s design system and re-checked with an automated tool before each release.

This site is new and still growing. If a page, a form or a piece of content does not work with the technology you use, write to hello@facilitydispatch.com with the page and what happened. We treat an accessibility report the same way we treat a correction: we read it, we fix what we can, and we tell you what we did.
